Single Layer MgF2 Antireflective Coatings ( Type : SAR)
Magnesium fluoride is probably the most widely used thin film material for optical coatings. Its performance, though not outstanding, represents a significant improvement over an uncoated surface.
Examples:

R <1.5%@540nm
R <2%@400-700nm

R < 2.0%@540nm
R < 3.0%@400-700nm
Multilayer Single Wavelength Antireflective Coatings ( Type: VAR)
Such antireflective coatings can reach the lowest reflectivity at a central wavelength. It is often applied to single laser wavelength or multiple, closely-spaced wavelength systems to guarantee the lowest loss of reflection. We can provide such coatings on our optical components with central wavelengths from 250nm to 2200nm. When selecting a suitable multilayer antireflective coating, the center wavelength, angle of incidence and damage threshold must also be considered
Multilayer Broadband Antireflectance Coatings (Type: WAR)
Different from single layer MgF2 Broadband antireflective coating, the multilayer Broadband antireflective coating can achieve higher transmission for a specified broadband spectrum. Therefore, it is the ideal for a wide range of multi-wavelength laser and white light applications. Please notify us of the wavelength range and reflectivity of the coating required, as well as the angle of incidence.
Dual Wavelength Band Antireflective Coatings( Type: DAR)
This coating allows two central wavelengths of radiation to pass through the substrate with high transmission. This coating is often used in frequency doubling systems or the other muti-laser output systems, e.g. Nd: YVO4 laser (1064nm) and its second harmonic generation (532nm) green laser.
